Shannon Bowers is biking the Natchez Trace Parkway from Nashville, Tennessee to Natchez, Mississippi in honor of her brother, Braden Bowers who died while bicycling. She is hoping to bring greater awareness of the need for barriers in medians of four-lane and interstate highways.
